This policy describes how Infiniti Technology Consulting LLC ("Infiniti," "we," "us") handles information collected through infinititechconsulting.com, including the contact form and the Technology Risk Review.
Information we collect
Risk Review answers. Your answers to the Technology Risk Review are stored only in your own browser's local storage on your device, so you can resume an in-progress review. They are not automatically transmitted to Infiniti. If you choose to email yourself a copy of your results, only the email address you provide is used for that delivery.
Contact form. If you submit the contact form, we collect the name, firm name, email, phone number, and message you provide, in order to respond to your inquiry.
Automatically collected data. Standard web server and analytics logs may capture technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address.
How we use information
Information submitted through this site is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, or deliver requested materials. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained as needed to respond to and document business inquiries. Risk Review answers stored in your browser's local storage remain on your device until you clear them or clear your browser data, Infiniti does not control or access that local storage remotely.
Your choices
You can complete the Technology Risk Review without providing any contact information. You can clear your saved progress at any time using the "Start Over" option on the Risk Review page, or by clearing your browser's site data.
