How the score works
Your preliminary score is calculated from your self-reported answers to 15 questions covering security, Microsoft 365, email authentication, endpoints, networks, backups, access management, vendor accountability, documentation, incident planning, and technology leadership. Each answer is weighted, and the total is expressed as a percentage. This reflects the information you provided at the time you took the review, it is not independently verified by Infiniti, and it is not a mathematically certain measure of your business's actual risk.
What this does not certify
Completing the Risk Review, addressing every flagged item, or achieving a high score does not certify or guarantee compliance with the Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct (including Rule 4-1.6), HIPAA, any state or federal data protection law, any insurance underwriting requirement, or any other legal or regulatory standard. Only your own qualified counsel, compliance professional, or insurance carrier can make that determination for your business.
